Ingrid Kennemer is a seasoned real estate professional with over 25 years of experience. Her philosophy is to build long-term client relationships through hard work and a steadfast commitment to integrity.  Ingrid feels her success is defined by her client base and the longevity of client relationships, many of which have completed multiple transactions with her.  Ingrid has the knowledge, qualifications and insight needed to advise her clients on all aspects of commercial real estate from disposition to tenant representation.

Prior to creating Coastal Commercial Group, Ingrid Kennemer was the with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Service from 1996 to 2003.  While with Coldwell Banker, Kennemer specialized in the sale and leasing of commercial properties in Southern Palm Beach County. During her tenure with Coldwell Banker, Kennemer was consistently a top producer in the South Palm Beach and South Florida market.

Upon completion of her MBA from the University of Miami, Kennemer joined Pulte Home Corporation as the Marketing Analyst for the South Florida region. Her focus was on Land Acquisitions and Product Development.
